FORGING AHEAD.
NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, February 13. Lord Strabolgi arrived by air from the Dominions. He said New Zealand and Australia were full of optimism and were' launching ahead. "They have not got the jitters like we in Britain," he added.
