A crowd of about 400 were present at Muriwai Beach on Sunday to. see the running of the New Zealand motor cycle beach •--championships. -The meeting proved,'a 'triumph for Len 'Perry, who carried-off all the New Zealand championtP cvents on ' hia machines. The soft sand was not Conducive to high speeds, hut there were some excellent races. . ....'■ }.
