ONE MONTH IN GAOL.
CONVERSION OF VAN.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) GISBORNE, Monday. Sentence of one month's gaol was imposed by Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., on a Maori, Henry Katae (24), who admitted converting a motor van to his own nee after being given a lift to Wainui. The accused had later taken the van and collided with a power pole.
