(By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Business was again quiet on the Christchurch Stock Exchange at the call this morning, there being no sales until well down the list. A sale in New Zealand Drugs at 60/ represented a drop of 2/ since last sale at the end of October. Woolworths (.Sydney) were unchanged at 18/, at which price there were further sellers after the sale. Mount Morgans were fairly active at 11/11 and 11/10, but little other interest was evinced in mining shares. | A low celling offer of 46/6 for National Bank of New Zealands brought no buying | response, but for New Zealand.-? there was I ! an inquiry at 38/4, with sellers 2d higher. I I There was a steady market for Westport- : Stockton Coal, buyers offering 3/8 for the j ordinaries and 7/3 for the preferences, j Sellers of the latter wanted 8/. Only ! 6d separated buyers and sellers of Austra- 1 j lian Glass, the market closing between j £5 13/6 and £o 14 '.
