Hodson. ' ■, "All that can be done to expedite the job at Wigra, is being done,' the Minister said, ii- referring to the delay - in completing task 1 ?, in hand. "Our great drawback is the ; -shortage '-of -tradesmen, such as -plumbers and carpenters.'
