YACHTING.
NORTHCOTE REGATTA. A POPULAR FIXTURE. ENTRY OF 137 CRAFT FOR TO-MORROW'S RACES. The regatta promoted annually by the residents of Northeote and Birkenhead will be held to-morrow, all events starting and finishing off the flagship Micna, kindly lent by Captain Geoff. George, whichrw'ill be moored between the Northcote and Birkenhead wharves.
The popularity of this-regatta is proved by the record number of 137 entries, the largest field .being; in the two divisions of the Z class, for which the entries total 31.
