JAPANESE TERRORISTS.
(Received 11.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI, February 8. The Atistralian-born journalist, Mr. H. J. Timperley, and several British and American writers are included on the death list circulated for Japanese terrorists. NEW SUPREME COUNCIL. CHINESE ADMINISTRATION. (Received 11 a.m.) CHUNGKING, February 8. The new Supreme Council consists of Marshal Chiang Kai-shek, chairman; Dr. H. H. Kung, Prime Minister; Yu Yu-jen, president of the Control Board; Tai Chi-tao, Examination Board; Chung King. Judicial Board; Wang Chung-hui, Foreign Minister; (Jeneral Ho Yingchinjr, Chief of the General Staff; General Pai Chung-hsi, Deputy Chief; and three members of the standing committee of the Kuomintang.
