A verdict of not guilty was returner) by the jury on a charge in the Supreme Court against John May De Brotlierton Morgan, a clerk, aged 1», of negligent driving causing death. Accused- cam': into collision with a cyclist, Henry Charles Gardiner, in Opawa Road on the night of December 9. The cyclist died i from his injuries. *
