GIFTS UNDER WILL.
£1000 TO AUCKLAND R.3.A. PIONEER WAIKATO SETTLER. The eum of £1006 it bequeathed to the Auckland branch of the Returned Soldier*' Aniodation under the will of the late Mr. Edward Bowler, pioneer settler of the Te Aroha and Matantata district*, who died at Te Aroha on December 18. Thie eum is to be expended for the relief of returned eoldiers, wholly or partially incapacitated by or in consequence of service in the Great War. Mr. Bowler also left £500 to the Msitnmata Anglican Church for a building fund. A gift ot £250 Iβ made to the Matemata Bowling Club; one of £200 to the Boy Scout Organisation at Mataftiaia; [and another of £100 to the Sfatainata I Croquet Club.
