FRENCH MINISTER. Never Hand Over An Inch Of Territory. SPAIN'S INTEGRITY. United Press Association. —Copyright (Received 1 p.m.) PARIS, February 7. M. Bonnet, Foreign Minister, in the Senate declared in even stronger terms than hitherto that France would never agree to handing over an inch of territory to Italy. He said that any attempt to carry out such a transfer would only lead to armed conflict. Nor could France allow any foreign Power to threaten the integrity of Spain. The Senate , passed a,_vote of confidence in the Government by 290 votes to 16.
