FURTHER EXTENSIONS.
QIOOO&ATB XAUVrACTinUM. (From Our Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The announcement that further extensiom of hi* oompany's plant in New Zealand were contemplated in consequence of the Government'® import regulation* was made to-day by Mr. F. B. Spencer, managing director of Nestles, Limited, who arrived at Wellington by the Awatea on a fortnight'® business visit to the Dominion. The company, said Mr. Spencer, would be extending Me milk factory in Invercargill and its chocolate factory in Auckland. "We have been manufacturing in New Zealand for many year*," ho added, "and are now Importing only raw material*. Except for one line we are really self-contained here."
