AUTOTRUCKS.

EXHIBITION PURPOSES. TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS. EXAMPLE FROM GLASGOW. For the purpose of carry in jr Royalty and other important persons visiting the exhibition n special truck, as illustrated on this page, was garaged. Lister auto-trucks were first used for exhibition pur|M>ses at the British Empire Exhibition in Buenos Avres in l!»:il and it whs in one of them that the Duke of Windsor, then Prince of Wales, and the Duke of Kent, then I'rinoe Ceorge, toured the exhibition. They were again used at the Empire Exhibition in Johannesburg in llWfl and apart from their use as passenger curs they are used regularly each year for the installation and removal of exhibits nt the British Industries Fair.
