PAYMENTS TO HOSPITALS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sunday. Tlie Minister of Health, the Hon. P. Fraser, said that his statement regarding a delay in the inauguration of the health services referred to' the arrangements with the doctors and not to the other services. ~ r - There appeared to lie no reason why ft'ff payments to hospitals and for maternity caies sliould not go on.
