THIEF DISTURBED.

SURPRISED IN GARAGE. SMALL SUM TAKEN FROM TILL. An attempt to steal the cash from the office of the Passenger Transport Company, Otahuhti, was made early yesterday morning by a nuin who escaped when he was discovered by a mechanic working on the premises.
