Canadian Government Responds To Farmers' Appeals.
HUGE BUTTER SURPLUS. (Received 12..°»0 p.m.) OTTAWA, February 3. Responding to the appeals of dairymen, who are declaring that they face ruin through a surplus of 20.000.0001b of butter, the Government has appointed a committee of 12 to discuss methods of securing the markets.
