FRENCH RADIO STATIONS. . (Received'*.ll a.111.) PATUS, February 3. The 'Government fc constructing a number' of powerful radio stations to combat hostile foreign broadcasts, thus forestalling Herr Hitler's threat. "An attempt lias been made in the last few months to use wireless for attacks on -Germany.- If these broadcasts into Germany do not desist, we shall soon reply to tlieifi in kind," said Herr in his address to the Reichstag.-'- _
