There was again a strong demand for Government stock, one buyer reaching the record price for this year with an oiler of 0 £99 15/ for 4 per cent 1946-49, but sellers 0 were not interested. 0 Bank of New Zealand were a point 0} weaker from 38/2 to 3S/5, but other bank--0 ing shares were generally firm. Dalgetys q appeared weaker in the land and•agency 0 section.
