INVESTORS ARE NERVOUS.

Although many reasons are advanced as to why nervousness is felt, most'are entirely "unwarranted by -facts, land opportunities for sound investment* are being missed daily. Mr. C. J. Green, Stock and Sharebrdker, whose Talks to Investors, published by the .' "Star," ; have, been' appreciated by investors generally, proposes from time to time on tliis page to give his views;.on the position generally, thus endeavouring to help investors to keep a clear view and to avoid being misled by war' .scares, political propaganda and idle rumours, which are very often not only baseless, but deliberately spread' .for ulterior reasons. / > ' ;.
