QUEEN CARNIVAL.
DANCE AT HENDERSON. The dance held on Wednesday night in connection with the Henderson branch of the Western Suburbs ReSoldiers' Association queen carnival' was for the western queen, }li«?ri Myra Ozicli. Monte • Carlos were won by Miss Myra Ozicli and Mr.- Frank Young, Mrs. Monteith and Mrs. Piatt. A competition was won by Mr. A. "Herkt (1), Mrs. Frank (2). Mrs.. Waterhouse and Mis?; Josic Waterhouse won the novelty Lambeth. Among those present were: Mesdames Morrison, .Farquhar, Pratt, A. Fergusson (Otahuliu), Taylor (Waihi), Moundsev, Frank, Monteith, Misses Pat Garrett (northern queen), I. Hay don, Jessie Farquhar, Betty Lee, Lorraine Wonnald, Maureen Devlin, L. Ozich, Grace Walker, Beth Walker, Joeie Waterhouse, P. Hallas, Maud Bayer, J. Bam, M. Flemming, J. Monteith.
