RICH REWARD.
FOR CO-OPERATION. Australian and New Zealand Butter Producers. LONDON MARKET RETURNS. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. Co-operation with New Zealand on the London butter market would produce a rich reward for both Australian and New Zealand producers, said Mr. J. R. King, general manager of the Producers' Co-operative Distributing Society, Limited, at the annual meeting of the company. Mr. King' said that he had been impressed by the efficient way in which the New Zealand Dairy Department was handling the marketing of produce i in London. j
"It is essential for Australia and New Zealand to work together and collaborate on butter consignments. The withholding of supplies on overloaded markets should also be a joint work of the Australian Dairy Produce Board and the New Zealand Department. This will do away with undue rises and falls in price," Mr. King concluded.
