NOISE OF MILKMEN.
As one of a number of people who get their best, and sometimes their only, sleep after 3 a.m., I wish to thank the writer to the Milk Council who complained about the noise of rattling cans. For many years I have been awakened each morning by their noise, and on comparing my experience with others, have heard them express their views on this subject as. forcibly as I did myself. Surely something can be done about this. RATTLE AND BANG.
