THEATRE ARCADE CO.
The annual meeting of shareholders in His Majesty a Arcade and Theatre Company was held to-day, the chairman of directors, Mr. C. H. Abbott, presiding. The -annual report and accounts, showing a net profit oT £3281, as already published in the Star.' were adopted and the final dividends recommended, namely 294 per cent on preference shares and 3H per cent on ordinary, were airreed to. The retiring director, Mr. C. H. Abbott, . was reelected, and Mr. R. D. Garrard was reappointed auditor.
