NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY. YEAR'S PAYMENT 5 PER CENT. LONDON, January 21. The National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand. Limited, lias declared a final dividend of 2% per cent. With the interim payment of 2% per cent the distribution for the year is 5 per cent. 'A year ago a bonus of 2% petcent was added to a dividend of 5 per cent, the directors pointing out at the time that it was not to be taken as an indication of the future. The dividend is paid in sterling. EMPEROR MINES. SECOND DIVIDEND DECLARED. Advice has been received from Melbourne that Emperor Mines, Ltd., has declared a second dividend of 6d, payable on February 24. Shareholders registered on February 4 will be entitled to the dividend. COMPANY REGISTERED. The following private company has been registered in Auckland: Edwards Pattern Service, Ltd., pattern makers, designers, etc. Capital: £1200 in £1 shares. Subscribers: S. L. H. Edwards, 600 shares; A. E. Edwards, 600 shares.
