There was little activity at this morning's call on the Chrititchiircli Stock Exchange, the feature of which was a continued demand for Vow Zealand Government stock. The only sale in this section was of 4 per cent inscribed. 11M9, which, at £99. moved up 10 on yesterd-ay V selling rate. The highest price offered for (iovermnent stork was £98 I.V for the 4 per cent 1940 bonds. The 4 per cent 194'.) inscribed stocks were the only stocks on offer. Banks were fully quoted at firm rates.
