Two engines from the Central Fire Station and one from Ponaoalij answered the eall to an outbreak of Are in a car in East Street, off Karangahape Koad, about 0.5 lust evening. The electrical wiring of the car was damaged, although the flames were prompty extinguished. The car, which was owned by Mr. A. W. McCullough, was insured for £200.
