The lioard agreed that customers who paid less than the legal price should be made aware of their liability, by notice at Hist, and later by prosecution. It was decided to issue notices to all milk vendors that by selling below the fixed price they were liable to prosecution and possible loss of license, and to notify them further that the customers so supplied Were liable to prosecution and fine,
