WiUred selwyn Weir, or Hastings, llawke s Hay, dearly loved husband or Mollv Averill, and beloved son of Mrs. Averill and the I'nmate and Archbishop or New Zealand; afrrd 33 years. Holy Communion will lie celebrated at St. Mary's Cathedral. I'arnell. 10.30 a.m. to-morrow •Wednesday i, followed by burial service. Interment at Purewa. No flowers by request.

BEER.—On December 20. 103 S. at the Auctland Hospital. George John, dearly beloved husband of Mary Ann Beer, of 42a. Nelson Street. City, and heloverl father of Thomas and Sidney; aped 7 4 years. The funeral will leave the residence of his son, Thomas, 17. Canada Street. Newton, at -2 p.m. to-morrow (Wednesday) for Waikumete cemetery.

COOP. —On Derembei- 10. at his late residence. 50S. Mount Albert Hoad. Walter, the beloved husband of Mary Esther, and loving- father of llarold, Hilda. Eleanor. Norman and Nancy, f'assed peacefully away. Ths runeral will leave his late residence on Wednesday at 11 a.m. for Waikaraka Cemetery.

Private Interment from Watney Sibun and Sons' Chapel, Khyber Pass, Newmarket, to-morrow (Wednesday). WATSON. —On December 20, 1938, at her late resklence, Tamaki Avenue, Otahutiu (suddenly), Lily Jane, dearly beloved wife of the late Henry Andrew Watson, and loved mother of Alan; aged 72.
