Duchess of Windsor Placed Second. DUCHESS OF KENT THJRD. PARIS, December 19. As the result of the annual vote of fashion houses Madame Patino, the daughter-in-law of a South American millionaire, who is partial to strong colours, supplants as "Fashion Queen" the Duchess of Windsor, who was placed second, the Duchess of Kent being third.
