Poland to Spend £80,000,000 On Defence. PLANTS WORK FULL BLAST (Received 32.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 2. The "Daily Telegraph" Warsaw cor respondent says that the Treasurer, M Kwaitkowski, urges expediting rearma ment. He announces a three-year plai to spend £80,000,000 on defence works concentrating on a strategic triangle ii South and Central Poland. Armamen' and aeroplane plants are working a full blast.
