METROPOLITAN CLUB. Handicaps declared for the Metropolitan Cycle Club's one-mile race to be held at Western Springs Oil Monday evening:—P Bicknell, scr: .T. Bicknell. P. Sheelian 555 yds : T. Sheehan. 175 yds: W. Bicknell. 200 yds. The club will also hold an Italian pursuit race.
