NEW CABINET FORMED. (Received 12 noon.) PRAGUE, December 1. M. Rudolf Beren, the newly-elected Czech Premier, has formed a new Cabinet, in which General Sirovy is Defence Minister, Dr. Chvalkovsky Foreign Minister, and M. Sidor, who was the Slovak Premier, deputy-Premier.
