TO INTIMIDATE RESIDENTS ? (Received 1.30 p.m.) BI'ROOS, December 1. Whether as a warning or as intimidation is not clear, but the insurgents without precedent apprised 100 Loyalist towns and villages by wireless that they would be bombarded. They did not utate dates.
Insurgents in the event of residents not evacuating will not hold themselves responsible for the result.
