[ The match board lining of a wash house attached to a dwelling at 09. Renfrew Avenue, Mount Albert, owned and occupied by Mr. G. H. Hurley, was damaged by lire yesterday afternoon. A machine from Mount Albert and another from Mount Roskill answered , the call, but carpenters working on the premises had the outbreak under control by the time they arrived. Mrs. Hurley suffered 6light burns to her face and hands while trying to put out the fire.
