UTTER FOLLY.

British Capital Not Sent To The Dominions. FOREIGN INVESTMENT. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, November 29. Sir H. Page-Croft, M.P. (Con., Bournemouth), in a speech at the Empire Industries Association, commented on the utter folly that nothing was done to stimulate the movement of capital to the Dominions. Britain loaned £10,000,000 to Czechoslovakia. but quibbled over substantial assistance for the Dominions, who are the best customers of Britain. The Duke of Buccletioh hoped it was not too late to reverse the policy of foreign investment in preference to Dominion.
