Refusal to Load Pig-Iron For Japanese. FEDERAL LICENSE PLAN. (Received 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The waterside workers at Port Kembla reaffirmed their decision not to load pig-iron intended for Japan. The Federal Cabinet decided that if the workers do not resume loading by December 6 the Government will apply the licensing provisions of the Transport Workers' Act.
