THREAT TO WORKERS.
Refusal to Load Pig-Iron For Japanese. FEDERAL LICENSE PLAN. (Received 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The waterside workers at Port Kembla reaffirmed their decision not to load pig-iron intended for Japan. The Federal Cabinet decided that if the workers do not resume loading by December 6 the Government will apply the licensing provisions of the Transport Workers' Act. This will mean that all waterside workers will have to be licensed, and that if they commit any industrial misdemeanour their license will be cancelled. HELP FOR CHINA.
