(Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 28. Oold is 'quoted at £7 0/9V4 per fine ounce. Transactions in gold on the London market to-day totalled £1,351,000, at the price of £7 D/O'/fc per ounce. The exchange rate on New York is dollare to the pound sterling, and on Paris 178 11-16 franc*.
