In 1934-35 the complny distributed 1214 per cent, including a special centenary bonus of 2% per cent \Vith the exception of that distribution, the dividend tor the year just ended is the largest since 1928-29, when 12% ner cent was paid. A sum of £75,000 is traneferred to r ™ ° r de P r / ciati °n of properties, and toO.imo is placed to general reserve.
