He was examined by a doctor. t»ie consequence of which was a long rej.ort for the magistrate's perusal. the conclusion of the hearing. Mr. v\. F. Stilwell. S.M.. said he thought it case where there should merelv he a tine, and imposed a penalty of £15. with the cancellation of accused's license for 12 months.
