I TESTS TELL THE TALE. 5 DROP IN AVERAGE YIELDS. | (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) 1 HAMILTON, this day. ; Eloquent of the fall in dairy production , are the latest statistics released by the " New* Zealand Co-operative Herd-testing ' Association. Last month 78,449 cows were ( tested, showing an average of 7301 b of > milk, with 321b of fat, compared with 8461b - of milk and 37.21b of fat for the same month last year. ' The highest producer for the month was . a cow in the Putaruru group with 1061b, the best herd average being 521b from a 1 herd in the Matiere-Ohura group.
