NEW POSTMASTER.
Mr. L. A. Burns, postmaster at Te Aro Wellington, has been appointed to succeed Mr. H. A. Munn in charge of the "Whancarei office. Mr. Munn is expected to take up his new duties as chief postmaster, Napier, before Christmas.
