Hullen, * indicates that it. has not been interi* rilptcd to any great extent. * A member of the olxervatorv staff at * (irii iiiklii . Dr. Navarro N'eiimann. a Spanish scientist. wrote the paper, which 1 was pulilinhed this year, and gives the result of Dr. Neumann's research on an earthquake off the Dogger Hank, •ludgc ing by marks on the envelope, it was 1 tampered with by military authorities i in the course of cenaorebip before it left the country.
