Colombian Envoy Returns Home. PROTEST AGAINST ARREST. (Keceived 1 p.m.) BERLIN, November 25. The Colombian Minister, Dr. Jaramillo. accompanied by the Charge d'Affaires, left overnight under hie Government's instructions as protests against the former's arrest, and also resentment against- official delays, preventing Dr. Jaramillo from presenting his letters of credence.

At the beginning of the week the new Minister for Colombia was arrested, for attempting to photograph the wreckage of Jewish shops. His camera was confiscated and his diplomatic status ignored because he had not yet presented his letters of credence owing to Herr Hitler postponing the ceremony.
