BOWLING GREEN COLLAPSE
RETIRES FARMER'S DEATH. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TE AROHA. Fridav. The sudden collapse and death of a well-known retired farmer of Te Aroha West. Mr. Samuel Decimus Currie, aged 72. occurred last evening. Mr. Currie. who was a keen bowler, had just finished a game of singles on the Te Aroha Domain green and had returned to the green after havin" replaced his mat and bowls in th® pavilion when he collapsed. It is understood that Mr. Currie. who was a South African war veteran. had been under treatment for heart trouble for some considerable ti-me.
