METHODIST GUILD.
PRESENTATIONS MADE. Presentations of beautiful pieces of ornamental china were made to Mrs. Bass an<l Mrs. TmmiclifTe, organists of the Papakura Methodist Church, by Mrs. •I. Seaton fin behalf of the members of (he ladies' guild as a token of appreciation of their valued services. The function took place at the residence of the president, Airs. Perry Taylor, who presided over a large attendance. A competition, an alphabetical Christmas cake, wars won by Airs. Woodward, Mrs. Deed being second and Sister ClilTe third.
