A Government car driven hy .Mr. Patrick J'annell left the road near Saltwater, South Wentland, and the driver, the only occupant, \va<s hadly cut on the neck by £lass from the windscreen. He was brought to the We*tland Hospital and his condition »aa fairly serious this morning.
