BANKRUPTCY COURT.

A sitting of the Supreme Court, presided over by his Honor, Mr. Justice Fair, was held yesterday to deal with bankruptcy cases. The following were adjudicated bankrupt:— Howard Victor Young, of Auckland, cabinetmaker; J. X. Owen, of Thames, farmer. Motions for discharge were granted as follows: Victor Del la Varis, agent, of Auckland; and Stephen Henrv Bevan. electrician, of Wellington, the latter subject to a suspension of three months.
