THEFT ALLEGED.
THEATRE MANAGER IN COURT. (From Our Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Friday. On a charge of the theft of £74, the property of the .7. C. Williamson Picture Corporation, Limited, Cyril Kempt, theatre manager, aged 38. was remanded until Wednesday, when he appeared in the Magistrate's Court, Wellington, before Mr. J. L. Stout. S.M. Detective-Sergeant P. Boyle t»aid that Kempt was arrested on Wednesday by Detectives Smenton and Smith, and he was not yet in a position to proceed. | Kempt had bepn managing a picture' theatre in Kilbimie.
