BACK TO ITALY.
REPATRIATING NATIONALS
ROME, November 24.
The Repatriation Commission at its meeting to consider plans for the return of Italians abroad, revealed that applications may be made bv labourers and professional men through their Consuls. Italians with capital will be specially facilitated and the fares of operatives who have no money will lie paid by the Government. Others will receive a 50 per cent reduction. The scheme is to begin with Italians in countries close by Italy. Those elsewhere will be dealt with later.
