FATAL FLYING MISHAP. [ (Received 0.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. An Air Force 'plane crashed during •n instructional flight near Point Cook yesterday and Flying-Officer P. McDonough was killed, while Cadet J. Costello was not seriously injured. The machine was wrecked but did not catch Are.
