LOST TRAIL FOUND
TWO weeks agt> there was published in the Page for Ex-Servicemen a photograph taken in the Ist Lon<*on General Hospital of a New Zealander in bed, an Australian, B. J. Rumsey, a South African and a Canadian Scottish, and the Australian wished to get in touch with the New Zealander, whom he had not seen since 1918. Within three days of the publication of the paper, the photograph of the New Zealander had been identified and the soldier concerned had communicated with the editor of the Page inquiring for the address of his erstwhile Australian "cobber." He was 29433 Private A. W. Manning, 3rd A.1.8., at present residing at Hamilton. His address has bo«—i forwarded to B. J. Rumsey, formerly with the 11th Australian Signallers.
